Identify the straight side folds, curved end folds and glue seam before shaping a pillow box. Preserve the supplied curves and the relationship between front and back panels. Follow the selected design’s end-flap order and test closure retention with the actual stock. Flat panel measurements do not guarantee the formed width, depth or usable capacity.

Are flat panel dimensions the finished pillow-box size?
Flat-panel dimensions describe the source net. Curved folds and bowed walls change the formed width, depth and usable length. Stock thickness, creasing and closure also affect the result. Measure a complete prototype rather than treating the flat panel as a rectangular internal capacity.
Can I use the pillow SVG with my laser?
Use the SVG through software supported by your exact Glowforge, xTool, Epilog or other CO₂/diode equipment, following the selected product’s English guide. Confirm imported dimensions, approved stock and the supported controller or driver route. Map cuts separately from folds and surface decoration. Where fold paths are supplied, establish a shallow score on scrap or disable those paths and crease by hand; never through-cut structural folds. Import support is not a universal machine preset or physical test. Make a complete prototype before producing a batch.
